Todd has partnered with the experts at Sabah on this limited-edition take of their classic leather slip-on. Handmade by master craftsmen in Turkey and inspired by traditional shoes from the region, these are exceptionally versatile and comfortable. The durable leather uppers are cut from premium, drum-dyed cowhide that ages beautifully. In this limited edition version, local Turkish artisans have added an embroidery across the top of every upper known as saraç stitching, a technique traditionally employed to embellish horse saddles and harnesses, to give them a unique look. The uppers are then hand-stitched to a water buffalo insole with a replaceable rubber outsole – making these slip-ons uniquely comfortable as they form to your feet and durable with soles that can be replaced as needed over a lifetime of wear. The soft leather lining is comfortable with or without a sock. Lightweight, packable, and relatively quick-drying, Sabah’s slip-ons also make for the perfect travel shoe and pair just as well with twill chinos as they do with lightweight linen.
