Hip Carry for Long Rucks + Heavy Loads The ability to shift the weight around different parts of the body can be a lifesaver on a long ruck. The Padded Hip Belt allows you to rest more of your ruck’s weight on your hips with the added comfort of hip padding. When rucking significant distances or time (like at a GORUCK event), having a Padded Hip Belt lets you give your shoulders a break from time to time.
