Tyson Ross is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher and community leader based in the Bay Area. Over an 9-year MLB career, he played for teams including the Oakland Athletics, San Diego Padres, and St. Louis Cardinals, earning recognition for his work ethic and leadership on and off the field. After retiring, Tyson returned to UC Berkeley to complete his bachelor’s degree and founded Loyal To My Soil, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing free baseball and softball camps, equipment, and mentorship for underserved youth. Drawing on his experience as a professional athlete, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder, Tyson brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and community focus to his partnerships and marketing collaborations.
