• Communication Information: Personal data shared when contacting Giftlete through email, our "Contact Us" section, or other provided contact methods (e.g., name, email address, and nature of inquiry).
• Customer Support Data: Details shared through customer support platforms or social media channels (such as Instagram, Twitter, or direct messaging services), including profile information, order or transaction details, and any additional voluntary disclosures.
• Newsletter & Marketing Preferences: Email addresses and topics or interests you specify for subscriptions or updates. Note that you can unsubscribe at any time through provided instructions within our communications.

If another Giftlete user refers you by providing us with your email address, we may contact you solely for delivering that user's referral message. We will not further process your email address unless you voluntarily provide it directly to Giftlete through subsequent interactions.

This data is typically gathered through software-based technologies including, but not limited to, cookies, application programming interfaces (APIs), software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking tools. We specifically recommend avoiding the sharing of information that could allow someone to identify or locate you.

However, please note the following exception:
Creators' delivery addresses, email addresses, and other sensitive details provided to Giftlete to facilitate the delivery of gifts through a wishlist will never be publicly shared or made available to gifters.

Giftlete's Services may offer integrations or links enabling interactions with third-party websites and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, or Discord), allowing you to share content, comments, reviews, or other details on those external platforms. Engaging with these third-party services may lead to the collection or sharing of your information by those platforms.

Giftlete does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or social media platforms. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies and settings of these external services to understand fully how your Personal Information may be collected, shared, or used by them.

Additionally, as a creator, you may optionally connect your Giftlete account to external platforms or social media accounts (such as Google, Instagram, Twitter, or others), based on your personal settings and the policies of those platforms.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Giftlete's own Services. We do not control the privacy practices or the content of external sites or third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are governed solely by their respective privacy policies and terms. Giftlete places a high priority on safeguarding your Personal Information. Currently, due to the lack of standardization regarding how browsers interpret and transmit DNT signals, Giftlete does not respond or take action based on these signals.

You can access, update, correct, or request deletion of your Account information directly through your account settings or by contacting Giftlete at support@giftlete.io. If you terminate your Account or request deletion, Giftlete will restrict access to your Personal Information immediately and delete the relevant data within fourteen (14) business days, unless we are required to retain specific data by law or regulation.

We do not charge fees for reasonable privacy requests; however, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for requests that are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

Non-Discrimination

Giftlete will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these privacy rights. Unless permitted by applicable law, we will not:

• Charge different prices or rates or impose penalties;
• Provide a lower quality of service;

International Data Transfers

Giftlete, LLC. DBA Giftlete, with offices located at 5305 Wishek Cove, Austin, TX 78730, is the data controller of Personal Information collected through our Services under GDPR. Because Giftlete is headquartered in the United States, Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
